Ask and You SHall Receive!

The word is out about how great HCC’s Tutoring and Community Arts programs are. Kids and families have been showing up in record numbers to take advantage of this academic enrichment. So much so, that the number of tutors we had were not enough to give the students the attention they need and deserve. So in January, we appealed for more volunteer tutors.

The result was nothing short of incredible. Within the month, we doubled the amount of tutors we have on Tuesday nights! The outpouring of support warmed our hearts, and once again affirmed the power of showing up for your neighbors! Thank you all for working to keep our community safe, healthy, and educated.
