Dave Zyer is the Vice President of the Harmony Community Cares board and a Partner with OCA Ventures. Previously, Dave was a Managing Director with UBS Investment Bank. Dave led UBS’ Prediction proprietary trading business focused on deploying highly sophisticated quantitative models and a fully automated trade execution infrastructure in U.S. and foreign equity markets. He led the acquisition and integration of Prediction Company for UBS.

Prior to the UBS – Swiss Bank Corporation merger, Dave led SBC’s Human Resource (HR) function, while serving in a dual role as Regional Head of HR for the Americas and Global Head of HR for the Capital Markets group.

Dave received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS degree in Finance (summa cum laude) from DePaul University.
